In Südafrika geboren und aufgewachsen, ist Bun Xapa DJ und Producer, dessen Afro-House-Sound indigene Texturen — Djembe, Mbira, Kora, Soukous — mit zeitgenössischer Club-Energie verbindet.
2012 begann er zu aufzulegen und entwickelte später eigene Productions im Geist der Afro-House-Pioniere. 2019 kam die Verbindung zum angolanischen Label Seres Produções (DJ Satelite), dazu Residencies in Porto und Stages wie dem Village Underground in Lissabon. Mit AfroVibrations bringt er diese spirituelle, groove-getriebene Afro-House-Energie auf die Vibe-Tribe-Nights in Köln.
